Hidden Evil Queen
Snow White's Scary Adventures: Every few minutes, the Evil Queen (Queen Grimhilde, Snow White's Stepmother) peers through the curtains and glares ominously out her window. She can be found above the Snow White attraction in Fantasyland, easily seen from the Peter Pan queue across the courtyard.
-
Snow White's Enchanted Apple
Snow White's Scary Adventure: There's something peculiar about the apple and spell book found at the entrance to the queue. Take a good look, but don't touch. Sounds like the Evil Queen (Snow White's Wicked Stepmother) is keeping her eye on this enchanted apple.

Show White's Scary Adventure - Grumpy Pie
Snow White's Scary Adventures: Keep an eye out for the Grumpy's personalized pie, cooling on the window sill at the dwarves' house.
Why does Grumpy get the special treatment? If he gets his own pie, why is he still grumpy?
-
Snow White's Scary Adventures - Holographic Apple
Snow White's Scary Adventures - As guests approach the Seven Dwarves' cottage, the door opens and the Evil Queen in disguise offers a poisoned red apple. When the attraction first opened, the Old Hag's hand held a prop apple, which was frequently stolen.
Tired of naughty guests taking the Old Hag's poisoned treat, Disney Imagineers finally replaced the Queen's deadly treat with a holographic effect.

Pinocchio's Daring Hourney - Mona Lisa
Pinocchio's Daring Journey: Leonardo da Vinci's famed Mona Lisa appears in the pile of loot on Pleasure Island.
The moustached portrait may also be a nod to a 1919 Mona Lisa parody piece by Marcel Duchamp.
-
Three Marionettes
There are three marionette's displayed near the exit for Pinocchio's Daring Journey. According to Cast Members the marionettes symbolize Disneyland, with Pinocchio representing the past, the Cast Member marionette the present and the unfinished marionette symbolizing Disneyland's future.

Peter Pan's Flight: The smiling Croc sits atop a weather vane, posted above Peter Pan's Flight (not really hidden, but a cute detail).

-
Sherlock Holmes
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride: Keep an eye out for Shelock Holmes' silhouette hidden in one of the windows. We know he's not quite a Disney character (belonging to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle), but he does remind us of Basil of Baker Street, the Great Mouse Detective.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - The Crocodile (Tick-Tock the Croc)
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - Sleeping Beauty's Castle: Adorning the storefront's facade are three of Neverland's most infamous characters. The carved likenesses of the Croc, Captain Hook & Mister Smee can be found gracing the wooden columns in front of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Peter Pan's three friends act as smiling reminders of the Tinker Bell Toy Shop that once occupied the space.
Note: Before becoming the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique on April 17, 2009, the location was occupied by Once Upon A Time - The Disney Princess Shoppe. That Disneyland location has also hosted the original Fantasy Shop as well as afore mentioned Tinker Bell's Toy Shop.

The lovable little mouse with a nose for fun and adventure was celebrating the holidays in the "it's a small world" British setting.
-
"it's a small world" - Mary Blair Doll
"it's a small world" - Disneyland: In 1963, Walt Disney asked Mary Blair to design It's a Small World for the New York World's Fair (1964-65). Blair was known for her modern artistic style and inspired use of color. In 1966, the highly successful attraction debuted at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
Standing midway up the Eiffel Tower, holding a red balloon, is the doll dedicated to Mary Blair - the artist who inspired the attraction's overall look. The little doll with short blonde hair, is also dressed in Blair's quirky personal style, wearing boots and a yellow poncho.

"it's a small world" - Don Quixote & Sancho Panza
"it's a small world" - Disneyland: A giant windmill spins ominously in the background, as Miguel de Cervantes' iconic characters Don Quixote & Sancho Panza represent Espana in "it's a small world's" Spanish setting.

It's a Small World Charlie Brown!
"it's a small world" - Disneyland: Near the end of the ride, where the Goodbye postcards are featured; there are a few postage stamps filled with bunches of smiley faces. Look closely, as one of the stamps has Charlie Brown hidden along with all the other smiling faces! Good Grief! He's not Disney, but he's still a hidden character!

Matterhorn Basketball Hoop
Matterhorn: About two-thirds of the way up the Matterhorn, there is a small attic-like space used as a staging and break area for climbers. Inside that cramped space is a basketball hoop, complete with backboard and net, which has been attached to a flight of wooden stairs.
There are several stories about how the cramped basketball court ended up inside the Matterhorn. The most popular speculates that the basketball court was installed to adhere to Orange County's strict zoning regulations for large structures. By turning the Matterhorn into a sports arena, regulations were met by qualifying it as a large sporting venue. However, neither the city of Anaheim or Orange County had any building codes or regulations that Disneyland would have been forced to meet or circumvent.
The boring truth is that the basketball hoop was placed there for mountain climbers and other Cast Members to pass time while waiting for scheduled climbing times or when bad weather prevented groups from scaling the Matterhorn.

Matterhorn - Wells Expedition
Matterhorn: Some ropes and climbing equipment can be found inside one of the Matterhorn's caves. The snowshoes and climbing gear belongs to the lost Wells Expedition, which is painted prominently on a wooden crate. This scene inside the Matterhorn is a lasting tribute to Frank Wells, former Chief Operating Officer for the Walt Disney Company. Wells was an avid mountain climber and skier, who had climbed most of the world's tallest peaks. Tragically, Wells died in a helicopter crash while on a ski trip in Nevada.
Frank G. Wells has also been honored with a Disneyland Window on Main Street.

Abominable Snowman - Popcorn Turner
Matterhorn: There is a special popcorn cart near the entrance to the Matterhorn queue, on the Fantasyland side. Though it goes unnoticed to most guests, there is a miniature version of the Matterhorn's Abominable Snowman, turning the popcorn canister inside the popcorn cart.
