As Carl purchases a pair of tickets to Paradise Falls, Pixar fans might notice the travel brochures on the counter. The brochures feature a female character from the Pixar animated short, Knick Knack.

Up - Little Girl's Bedroom
As Carl's house rises up into the sky, an excited little girl watches through her window. though the scene passes quickly, there are a pair of Pixar Easter Eggs in her room. On the left, next to the bed, is the Lots-O'-Huggin' Bear from Toy Story 3. On the floor to the right is the ball from Pixar's first animated short, Luxo Junior.

UP - Pizza Planet Truck
As Carl and Russell float above the city, the house's shadow flies by a yellow Pizza Planet delivery truck.
Just like the Luxo Jr. ball, the Pizza Planet pickup appears in most of Pixar's computer animation.
