Monte Cristo
Monte Cristo Sandwich - Thin-sliced turkey, ham and Swiss cheese are stuffed into a split roll, dredged in a light batter and fried golden brown. The signature sandwich is served hot, with a side of sweet berry puree sauce.

Mickey Mouse Beignets - A Louisiana tradition, with a Disneyland twist. Café Orléans serves these light French-style doughnuts, dusted with confectioner's sugar. The dessert is served with two wonderful dipping sauces, a Raspberry Coulis and a Vanilla Bean Créme Anglaise.

Mint Julep
Mint Julep - Refreshing Mint Julep made with a simple syrup, lime juice, lemon juice and creme de menthe. Served in the traditional Disneyland fashion (sans bourbon), the Mint Julep is poured over ice and garnished with a fresh sprig of mint and cherries.
