Lilo & Stitch - Nani's Room
Just before Jumba and Stitch level the Pelekai home, this scene features the Mulan and Duke posters in Nani's room.
The Mulan poster is a nod to the Lilo & Stitch crew who had worked on the earlier Disney feature. That includes Lilo & Stitch's Co-Director Chris Sanders (also Stitch's voice) who was a writer for Disney's Mulan.
The other poster is a tribute to Hawaii's Duke Kahanamoku, who won five Olympic swimming medals and spread the popularity of surfing.

Mele Kalikimaka! As Lilo & Stitch exchange gifts, there are several holly berry Hidden Mickeys and an insect creature under the tree. Director Chris Sanders revealed that the giant bug monster was part of the film's original destructive climax, which was rewritten following the events of Septemeber 11th.
