Luigi's Flying Tires - Chip Foose Rims
A set of Foose rims displayed in Luigi's office act as an homage to Chip Foose, the famed automotive designer and star of Velocity TV's Overhaulin'. A key consultant in Cars Land's creation, Foose and his team gave Cars Land a gearhead's touch and created the custom Hidden Mickey paint jobs found on each of the classic car hoods.
