Set up especially for the 2009 Comic Con, the otherwise unmarked location was located at 555 Sixth Avenue in Downtown San Diego.

Walk through the door and the jukebox pounds the arcade walls with Journey's hard rock anthem from 1983, Separate Ways (World's Apart).

Journey originally provided two songs for the Tron movie soundtrack, which was released in 1982. Journey's Separate Ways is scheduled to appear on the upcoming Tron Legacy Sountrack.

Rows of full size arcade consoles with familiar titles like Ms. Pac-Man, Defender and Galaxian, makes Flynn's Arcade feel like a field trip to the 1980's.

Note: Although Atari had plans to release an actual Space Paranoids game in 1982-83, it was never developed due to a major video game market crash. The playable Space Paranoids arcade games made available in the 2009 incarnation of Flynn's Arcade, seem to be recent creations - according to other Tron fans and arcade enthusiasts.

Special tokens for Flynn's Arcade were handed out at TRON Legacy's Disney Panel (Hall H - Thursday). The tokens were also handed out around the Comic Con and while waiting line in front of the arcade.

Flynn Lives T-Shirts

Before leaving the Flynn's Arcade, guests were given promotional t-shirts. Guests either received Flynn's Arcade t-shirts or these glow-in-the-dark Flynn Lives shirts (which contain hidden messages).
