Asian inspired salad, featuring marinated Ahi Tuna - seared medium rare and served on a bed of Napa Cabbage, Romaine, Thai Basil, Sugar Snap Peapods and Red Peppers. The salad is garnished with Mandarin Orange segments, cucumbers, carrots, green onions, almonds and a wonderful Wasabi Aioli - also served with Citrus Ponzu Vinaigrette on the side.
