The buffet featured a seafood selection of chilled lobster, crab's claws, salmon and shrimp. There was a variety sliced melon & fruit and a wide selection of salads, including different undressed greens & mixed pasta salads. The buffet was rounded out with an offering of various grilled vegetables (a selection that included asparagus, zucchini, bell peppers, summer squash) which were also served chilled.
