That's by the Rivers of America.... its the original train that use to go around in Frontier Land... some of the tracks in Big Thunder Mountain are tracks used for that train... if I am correct?
The Mine Ride was replaced by Big Thunder Mountain. We're don't think the tracks were reused, but the town of Rainbow Ridge was re-imagined as the boom town of Big Thunder, population 38.
Some of the Mine Ride's tracks can still be seen around Frontierland, including the boarded up tunnels along the former Beaver Pond, across from Big Thunder Mountain.
To my knowledge, this train is no longer along the Rivers. I've read that there were two left from the ride. But they are now both in storage to keep from further damage. The proper term escapes me at the moment. All this would be false if this photo was in fact taken on said day and not back stocked. Then I'd look like an idiot. haha.
