The Little Mermaid {Easter Eggs}

Summer is here, and we generally avoid the heat and crowds of Disneyland Resort. To pass the time we've been introducing our boys to our Disney movie collection. While they are enjoying the films, I am easter egg hunting!

Let's take a look at The Little Mermaid, one of my favorite Disney movies!

I'm not going to mention this...

or what may or may not be the minister's knee (which Snopes.com has proven false btw). I did, however, discover a few really good hidden gems with the help of Eeggs.com!

In the beginning of the movie when King Triton makes his grand entrance into the concert hall look for fab three -- Mickey, Donald and Goofy all in a row! They are to the left of King Triton, closer to the left corner of your screen. On the right side of Triton, closer to the right corner of your screen, you can find a merperson wearing Mickey ears!

This next egg can only be seen in slow mo. When Ariel gives up her voice to Ursula she signs a contract to seal the deal. At first you see the top of the scroll, then it quickly drops down to the bottom. Slow it down you'll see in the middle of the scroll inbetween some writing is a Mickey head!

I hope you enjoyed these as much as we did! Happy hunting! ºoº
